I used Backbone to help me clear up some tax issues and confusion in my bookkeeping. Professional and courteous is how I describe them. He explained things to me to help me understand, and wasn't in the least condescending. It took less time than I thought it would, too.

They did a great job with my new business taxes! It was always hard for me because I do them myself via Turbo Tax, but after last year, I decided I'd rather pay someone to do it for me. Matt is very knowledgeable, quick, and easy to talk to, AND his pricing was affordable. I'll be back next year, and I may even decide to let them be my full-time bookkeeper.
