I'm self employed and when it comes to financial issues, I'm useless. I've been to other companies for doing my taxes and always felt like I was left in the dark about things. I got recommended to Emma at B-Able and I couldn't be more pleased with her customer service, how she explains things in laymans terms. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely stellar service from the team at B-Able. As a sole trader approaching their first tax return I was a bit nervous, but Emma, Caroline and the team made it seamless, simple and nowhere near as scary as I thought it would be! They were highly communicative, and explained everything in plain English, answering any questions I had along the way. I felt completely at ease knowing that my accounts were in good hands, and the process went off without a hitch. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

It has never been uncommon for clients to compliment the turn around time, comment on that extra mile you went for them or simply thank you for making the process run smoothly following bad experiences in the past! Recently had my self assessment completed by Be-Able . I found the whole process very smooth and easy , all I had to do was drop a folder off with my paperwork and have a short meetings with Emma and the rest was taken care of. Emma and her team have been absolutely fantastic in helping me with my accounts since I set up as self-employed in 2016. Nothing is too much bother and they are always on hand to guide me and answer any questions I have. I have recently begun the process of remortgaging my flat and the girls have been swift in providing my mortgage advisor with required documentation which has made the process progress quickly. The service they provide is professional, swift and second to none. I would highly recommend B-Able to anyone looking for an accounting company that you can relate to and feel comfortable with - everything is explained in clear and concise terms, and I always feel secure knowing they have my best interests at heart. The following is written without prejudice: I did not feel I received a good service.I wanted my submissions of corporation tax submitted for the period 2017-2018. I was under the impression that is what I was paying for as a service. As the final deadline was approaching, HMRC has sent me numerous reminders for the period due November 2017-2018, and as of June 2019 - there was no submission yet made. I feel that personally, the service I received was poor, and so i therefore would not personally recommend using this company. Obviously, this is my personal opinion based solely on my own experience. You must obviously make up your own mind. I am sad to have to leave this one star review, but in my opinion it is my personal opinion.
