I had a appointment for a interview for a job with Laura Grey on 6 21 2019 at 1 we discussed about a job and we discussed about where I lived I told her that a bus commute would not be a problem and I told her to get to her office will be 3 hours and I told her that I will arrive at her establishment for the interview because she said she only makes appointments at walk-ins around 1 because my bus will not be there until 12 or 11:50 she told me that well at 12 my lunch starts I won't be back until 1 so we will make the appointment at 1 o clock I said that is perfect I will see you then. That morning comes for the appointment I leave to get on the bus at 7 in the morning from St Louis side I have to take for buses in a Metrolink to get to Alton St Louis Staffing I get there at 12:50 go to the office across from Alton Mall nobody's inside door is locked I called Laura no answer I leave five messages I even emailed her 3 * no response long story short I never got the interview she was never there I had to wait there extra 2 hours before the next bus to come for me to go back to St Louis was took me another three and a half hours Laura gray is not who you want to have interview with and if she's the only one in that location if I was anybody that was looking for attention job in that area I will avoid that place she putting she puts a bad name on St Louis Staffing St Louis Staffing company is a very good good company but dealing with Laura gray will make you think otherwise they need to do something about that lady I called her that following Monday and she went off on me and hung up..

I applied for a job at the mall. I have just begun to look for customer service jobs after moving back to this area. I can only say that I was disappointed with the way I was treated. She wanted me to have more experience, but the ad for the job said high school and one year of clerical work.Her tone was not good. I had some health issues in the past that prevented me from having a job. I know this is not good, but things are looking better now. I must say this woman needs to mature some for one day she will be older and nobody will want her either.

Staff is very patronizing and condescending, less than helpful. Awful bedside manner not to mention it is there job to provide information, and none of the 3 people I spoke to could provide... if a negative star was an option I would -10 stars.

Despite my having a paralegal certificate, Bachelor's degree and several years' experience in international law firms, Laura said she would not be able to help me find a job - mass torts or otherwise. Go figure.

I can't say enough great things about Availability (Laura in particular). After the last company I worked for went under, Laura reached out to me with a permanent position at a law firm in St. Louis that matched my skills and experience perfectly. She gave me positive feedback on my resume, along with very helpful advice that came in handy for the interview. I ended up starting less than two weeks later at the best job I've ever had with the greatest company to work for. Laura even goes the extra step to check in and congratulate me on anniversaries! She has truly been a pleasure to work with and I can't thank her enough for the opportunity provided to me.

I began my journey working with Laura, at AvailAbility, in 2013. I was placed with a “career” that fit all my prerequisites, my wishes, and my own personal attributes with and in a company. She took the time to evaluate my skills, areas of expertise, and qualities verse the company’s morals, ethics, values, and requirements. I was immediately placed with a company and later hired for a permeant position. Since working with Availabilty to seek my own employment, we have requested employees and hired permeant positions for two employees. Availability is great! Laura reviewed my resume and asked me what was important to me in an employer. She only sent me on interviews that met my needs. I was working within two weeks and was hired by the best company ever. I even get to dress casual! If you really want to work give them a try.
