I had a very pleasant phone conversation with Zach, which followed with an appointment for free-consultation. Zach came by, assessed the situation, and we bounced around ideas back and forth in emails and came to a GREAT solution to create the cinematic experience I was looking for in my new home theater.The installers were extremely courteous, professional, and efficient, Frank was very patient in teaching us how to use the system and program the controls.They provided feedback and suggestion based on what's best for you. Help you choose the right audio and visual equipment, wiring and furnishings. I absolutely admire how much dedication these guys put into their business and it shows. I couldn't be happier with my finished setup, as I can kick back, relax, and watch the big game and movies. Zach went out of his way to help me with some odd requests, such as where to get the carpet, drapes.I'll continue to use Audio Video Experience going forward when I need service for my home, and passing along this experience to all my friends and family.Thank you guys don't ever lose that passion you have about your trade, and about delivering the best possible experience you're capable of.
