Trying to get a job through them is almost impossible because nobody answers the phone during business hours. Today is January 17, 2019 and I have been trying to call the local Mt. Vernon, Ohio office since 1030am until 1645. I have called 7 times and can not get anyone to answer the phone so I can get some help.

Also known as dawson. They will not help you. They are completely not organized and they will treat you like your dirt. They wont even defend you from losing your job. They will literally act like they never heard of holiday pay.
