Informal and personable. They are willing to answer questions or find someone in the office who can. They value their customers as individuals and offer return customers discounts. You may have to wait if they are chatting with another customer but you will be treated just as personally when it's your turn.

After using their services over 20 years, and repeated attempts to have a meeting I choose to use an accountant closer. They dropped me like a rock and were rude. Then the IRS audited me and they did the minimal possible to help. Costing me several thousand dollars.
