Jennifer was my tax person she was great very informal when I was talking to her about my taxes. Very knowledgeable in doing my taxes letting me know what I should look for in doing my taxes.. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a tax person.. I shall return next year.. thanks Jennifer.

I was terrified. I didn't know what to expect. I always did my own taxes. This go around I know I needed help and someone I can trust. Jackie answered on the first ring. She was very attentive to my concerns. She went over and beyond to address all my needs. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very down to earth and humble. I will definitely use and recommend her for any accounting need. She knows her stuff! She is definitely a tax pro! I didn't feel rushed. I appreciate the professionalism. I'm going to schedule an appt to be sure I can be get a spot for the upcoming tax year. She stays busy year round. I love that she is open year round and not one of those pop shop for a couple months. This makes me more comfortable.

Jackie is AMAZING! My sister and brother in law recommended I go see her 3/4 years ago and I couldn't imagine going any where else! I finally convinced my husband to go with me this year and now he is hooked too!! My entire family uses Jackie and we wouldn't have it any other way.I HIGHLY recommend going to see Jacki, you will not be disappointed.

My wife's whole family has been raving about Jackie doing their taxes for several years. Now that we're married and filing jointly, she handled our taxes and I was very impressed. I wish I had taken her my taxes sooner.

Do NOT go here! The waiting room is entirely too small and the only person who is willing to talk to you is the person at the front. I went to get help filling out a form and the person who took it and wrote BARELY ANYTHING on it did not want to talk to me and explain why she did what she did. The receptionist just took my paper; handed it to a lady in the back; and after a while, she called me up and told me to sign it! Why would I sign something I don't understand? Especially when I made it clear that I was there to understand how to fill out the form. Ultimately, I went to better understand how to fill out the form and left with a hole in my pocket; 15 minutes of my life wasted; and more than likely, a form that STILL is not filled out correctly. Also, it seems the employees are prejudiced towards you if you are not Hispanic. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they actually care.

Tax Pro is correct! Due to my previous tax preparer not advising me correctly, I had to file an amendment and when I called him he said he was not familiar with the form I needed to add to my return and would not do the amendment. Ms. Jacquelin knew exactly what I needed and took time to explain the form and amendment process to me. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Ms. Jacquelin thank you so much for your time, energy and most of all you knowledge. Oh and the other young lady, I'm sorry forgot your name, was very professional as well not just with me but with every customer. Professionalism and courtesy seem to be lost in the business world but not at Atlanta Tax Pro. Blessings to you and your staff Ms. Jacquelin!
