I have been working with this company since 2015 and the only good thing about it is the same day pay. I have never received an employee appreciation from Assist as long as I have been employee. They have absolutely NO respect for the employees, their only concerns is the clients. They can't remember who you are most of the time unless they have a complaint. I have seen and heard on countless times how they abuse their staff with words. Well tonight, I spoke to Gracie to call out for a 7p-7a shift for tomorrow @8:55pm. Which is an 22 hour notice, And she was very rude and unprofessional. This client that I was calling out to had cancelled my shifts 2 nights in a row within a 3 day period. The 1st night without notice and I was paid for this call out, then call out for today for the second shift. When working Assist the staffing company forget the importance of the nursing assistants and the nurses because we are the reasons they are an operational business. I have serve my purpose and have enjoyed some of the facilities I've worked and the people and patients I have met in my time with Assist. But tonight was the last time I will feel like I have to close my mouth and my ears to disrespect!

I wish to give this place a zero very disgusting the scheduling lies the lack of professionalism the racist acts in certain facilities that get wept under the rug i can go on for hours about the lack thereof don’t waste your time with this place
