I must say, for my first experience dealing with a realtor Jennifer is awesome. She is very helpful and informative and never once have I felt pressured to make a decision. She has been absolutely amazing, and patient, with me through all of this. I would recommend her and this office to anyone. Even when I sent her tons of questions she had no problem answering me. If there were a 6 star button she'd have it with no hesitation!

As first time home owners, the process of buying a house was intimidating and scary for our family. Working with Floyd Beck and the Assist2Sell team made our experience positive and stress free. Floyd listened to what we were looking for in a house, what our budget was and helped us find many homes that would work for us. He was extremely patient with our millions of questions and helped us to really understand the whole process, from what to look for in a house, all the way to what we were paying for in a mortgage and what to expect at closing. We could not have asked for a better experience or Realtor.

We have used Floyd and Melissa are Assist 2 Sell for the sale and purchase of our past 3 homes. Yes, three. They have always been so accommodating to our requests to go view homes. They have also helped us sell our last two houses now, and both have sold within two weeks of listing! What we love most about both Floyd and Melissa is their patience and honesty. I have never once felt like they were trying to push us into a new home that was at the top of our budget or force us to list our houses for too much. If anything they have been conservative on both ends and we have been the ones to push the envelope. Again, I would absolutely suggest you speak with them if you are looking for a home or looking to sell.

Had 3 good deals with a realtor there, even though I was advised to not go there. Broker/owner got involved on the last deal and it went south (because he was involved). Shady company as realtor didn’t want to comment on what they wanted to comment about. Never use this company, they boast good deals on taking less commission, but it’s only a kick from this guy (all about the 💵).

My husband and I moved to Mt. Home from another state and didn't have a lot of time to find a home. We met Floyd Beck, and he immediately began to help us with our house search. Floyd listened to and remembered the information we gave him about past experiences, and our needs and wants for our new house. Floyd invested a great amount of time identifying the houses on the market that best suited us. Floyd was responsive and available every time we contacted him, which was no easy task as busy as the real estate market is at this time. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy with Floyd. He calmly and considerately answered all my questions, and was with us from the first steps to closing. I highly recommend Floyd Beck and Assist 2 Sell to everyone.
