They contact you ... They even setup an interview ... then, as magic ... they dissapear out in the smoke. I was contacted by one of their recruiters, he even said that they hasd a position and made me sent all the forms and the resume and then nothing happens, I can understand that perhaps a candidate cannot be the more suitable, however out of decency and respect for some one who has dedicated time for interviews and applications, they could make a phone call or at least an email to say ... Sorry we have nothing for you at this time.
