This is one of the worst firms I ever worked for. You work all week and still can't get a check in a timely manner and you have to call them to remind them that they owe you a check. And this is not the only time it has happened to me at ASAP.

Hate this agency so bad! I tried to call in to get some info from when i worked there and after verifying EVERYTHING they couldn't help me bcuz THEY didn't have the rite info and had to send it into another person! I quit this agency a few years ago thank god !

The agent there are all racist. Especially once they hang up with Mexican person that is looking for work. Talking about "they need to learn English if they want a job." James said all that. I highly recommend that no one work with these people at all.

Staff is too incompetent to remove you from their email blasts despite repeated requests and sends emails that are against the CAN-SPAM Act.

The experience started out great answered all questions truthfully, let them know everything upfront. James Watts the branch manager seemed empathetic to my situation he called a manager and got me a position to start the next day. I get home getting prepared for my position to start James called me and stated that something from 30 years ago came up and the information that he had was inaccurate but he held this against me after he built my spirit up for the position. I have never seen such a significant sign of discrimination did not check to see if I really have the experience. Plus I gave the information up front, not that I lied.I have over 5 years experience in this field and never seen this.

I have been now with ASAP Personnel for over 6 years we have been in business now over 10 years. We do take care of everyone that needs are help with in reason. My entire staff takes pride and the employee's we staff help put on jobs. Yes there are those few that get mad and unhappy and that happens in this business. We strive to take care of everyone that can take care of. Like to also say that I personally take each and everyone into the family tree. We stand for our integrity of ASAP. We have the best crew in our Branches compared to other agencies out there. Great thing about it is that we have really good people we work for and will take of each day. As long as we have dependability in who we send and our clients are happy we will continue to be there best among the best.
