Please do not waste your time giving interview in Artech. They will take your interview, will give immediate feedback regarding selection. They will say the budget is approved. Post that they will make you wait for offer for many days and again they will tell they didn't get approval.I had faced this recently. I was called for interview from a person named Deepa, for 2nd round I met another lady(Forgot the name) and final round was taken by Ms. Priyanka. I was first told i will offer on Monday, which I didn't get. Post that everyday there was some or different excuses what I heard. One day Ms. Deepa was on leave, one day portal was not working, one day Ms Priyanka went on leave, the very next day Priyanka was at client location. Eventually Deepa told the budget was not approved. It was 1st of this type of experience for me. Their process is really ridiculous and not proper. So please do not waste your time.

They gave me a offer letter. They told to join with in 2 days. I resigned my old company I went Artech they told to wait for 3 days, now they are telling Project is on hold will try to deploy other client. Now I am jobless from 1 months. Please don't go for this consultancy.

Join if you don't have any option left.They are good until you are working on their payroll. As you are out of their payroll ( either converted to client or resigned) they will cut unnecessary money from your due salary as form of due tax. This deducted tax is also not submitted to Income tax.Their finance team is extremely bad. They deduct unnecessary tax ( like if you joined in january and your CTC is 10LPA then ideally they should deduct tax only for three months salary paid, but they will not do like this.. They will deduct tax on your complete CTC on pro data basis.There is no insurance for family ( like wife and kids )Finance team never replies to your query, you have to send multiple mails like 20-30 mails ( even if you got reply then lucky)One good this, their HR SPOC person is good. They will help but turn around time is very high as they are also dependent on Finance dept for clearing dues.
