Overall Feedback:

Just horrible. If there is any issue they just wait for you or the employer to get in touch. They don't do anything proactive.Edit: This time they lost the timesheet I faxed in two weeks ago. The rep just lectured me about keeping my confirmation. No sympathy or help offered.
