I was referred to harold from a family member. The experience was horrible. We never even got one apology for the inconvenience this place caused us. We had our taxes done nearly three weeks ago and we were wondering why we did not receive them yet so my husband called Harold. He told us he forgot to send them out... not only did that occur but than we had to go back to resign the same paperwork we did nearly three weeks ago. We were having furniture delivered this week that we cannot pay for until we get our taxes. I understand people make mistakes but an apology goes a long way.
