Do not go here. Extremely unprofessional. Employees walk around with the urine specimen without any gloves on. Not to mention they bring it in and out of rooms out of the patients site, so how do you know it hasn’t been tampered with. Then my boyfriends ID was taken by someone at the front desk and was never returned. It is now Saturday and unlike normal places they don’t have an answering system, they turn their phones off so there is no way for my boyfriend to be able to get his ID back before Monday. Absolutely unacceptable. Some people may be going here for probation and you’re literally messing with their life by being irresponsible with the specimen. It’s really not hard to handle a cup of urine RESPONSIBLY.
