Staff is rude, guy at the counter has no idea what's going on. Sign on door says "Last DOT 2PM Last Drug test 3PM." However, I was turned away for a drug test because they said they stopped doing them at 2pm, it was 1:45pm. Here's just a quick tip, change the damn door sign and possibly train your front desk person to be less intimidating and more professional. You do drug tests and DOT physicals. Your front desk person shouldn't look like he was just picked up from the side of the road, and by all rights, should probably be in scrubs. If I could go ANYWHERE else, I would, in a heartbeat.
