I came in for several test. The staff was friendly. The clinic was very clean. Results came back in a timely manner. I would come back again.I came in this morning renew my DOT medical card. Again the staff and Doctor was great. The clinic was very clean. Not to much of a wait time. I would recommend this clinic for your DOT drug test and physicals. I will be sending all my truck drivers here for there medical cards.

Our company signed up with Relialab Test, in April of 2018. We send all our new applicants for drug screens & background screens. They have excellent customer service. This year we decided to let them handle all our testing needs for 15 of our branch offices. Glad we made the change. They are easy to work with.
