I had a nice intern but that’s about it. Maybe they are used to doing drug test so demanded my ID for some routine labs that I needed from my dr then talked down to me when I inquired as to why it was needed . Average service was also weird I waited 10-15 min but only one other person was there .

Test Smartly Labs has been an excellent provider of flue shots and pre employment drug testing for my current company. Every year we get the same level of professional service we have come to expect from their staff, and every new employee who we have tested gets processed quickly and with out hassle. The cleanliness of the facilities with the great service they provide is why my company keeps coming back year after year.

Yes, it's clean, and speedy service. The 2-stars are because I do not like how they end the procedure. Most places (Labcorp, Concetra) will give you a piece of paper with certain info regarding your test, not whether it was positive or negative just whether it was the right temp etc. I wanted paper verifying these things so that I could have this for my own records. People will lie and do certain things to cover their own butts or just to be vindictive and evil.As a response to the owners reply:Someone needs to ensure that employees are practicing these "new changes" that Test Smartly have put in place. I was not offered the option to receive a copy. I was told to sign here

ARCpoint Labs of KC is a life-saver. I didn't have time to wait for a doctors appointment and was concerned I had mono. They got me right in, did a blood draw and had results to me within days. I loved talking with the nurses and appreciated the clean facility. I've alslo had a flu shot here and would recommend this place to anyone. Great people, and a huge time-saver.
