I missed my scheduled appointment time so I had to wait I didn't mind kinda expected it had a good chat with a friendly funny dude. The best thing was tho, there crisp, uv light filtered, perfectly cold water. This water tasted as if from the melted snow caps of the great tndra mountains it was an honor.

Super friendly and fun staff even though we had to wait a while. Their system didn't recognize my boyfriend's two last names so we had to call the main office and get it sorted. We got there about 15 minutes before the appointment and waited 20 minutes before he actually got in. Make sure to input your middle name if you have two last names, and their system doesn't recognize hyphens. Hopefully could save someone else some time! Other than that, it smells super good in the lobby and it's clean. I'd recommend!

I needed a simple drug screen for my conversion from a temp to a permanent employee. Being only my second drug screen in my life, I really didn't know exactly what to expect. I called before I left work and asked if I needed an appointment and was told by a very curt lady to just walk in. I asked what time they closed and she said 5. When I walked in the door at about 4:30 a young lady was sweeping the floor. She asked if she could help me and I told her I was there for a drug screen. She immediately said, "Do you have to go now? and I responded "I am going to try". She said, "If you don't have to go right now you might as well just come back tomorrow, because if you can't go enough I have to give you three hours." I said how much do I need to go and she said about 2.5 shot glasses. I was a little concerned then and hesitated, because at 70 years old you never know. The young man behind the desk was very pleasant and asked if I wanted some water and I got a glass of water and sat down. I drank a couple of cups of water and waited about 45 minutes. The young man said he was staying late and another person came in at 5:00. Anyway, after all of that it turned out that I only needed a small amount because mine was just a quick test, which the young lady never attempted to find out. She was so rude. My husband told the young man behind the window that she needed an attitude adjustment and the young man, who was very friendly and helpful, said she had had a rough day, and that they had been working with her. Not an excuse.

Most staff is very friendly and eager to help. I had to have lab work done and it was close to the end of the day when I arrived. I have consistently had the same labs done every month and on this particular day I had a younger lady who was so disrespectful and rude to me I was appalled. I called and filed a grievance with the corporate office. Now I call before I go to make sure I don't have to deal with this specific young lady.
