Complete joke! Had to give 2 samples for pre employment drug screen because my urine didn't smell right. If you have any medical training at all you would have asked if I had taken any medication, drank excessive amounts of water, etc. Instead I was placed back out in waiting room for 2 hours, talked down to by staff about how I shouldn't have a problem unless I couldn't pass etc, etc. Passed with flying colors. Maybe your staff is the problem not the patient.

Anyone goes anywhere Else hasn't ever been here for a drug test and physical.im 48 years old and i have never been more satisfied than the day i went into that office expecting the same smart allic people you alway run into for a pre employment drug test and physical.Dr O and your staff is excellent please stay that way you and staff make people feel comfortable & fast... If im saying this then You better believe these are AWSOME people and never make you feel uncomfortable and at ease....GO HERE WONT ANYWHERE ELSE EVER IF YOU DO THANKS ARCPOINT ON SHALLOFER ROAD CHATTANOOGA....THANKS AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!! Ladies at front desk are awsome as well..

I was one of three people in this place where my urine had been sniffed and sent back to the waiting room. Who sniffs urine? My first sample was to the line, and plenty enough to test. I say there fuming for atleast 2hrs trying to work up another urine sample. I finally gave another sample and they said it will be 24/48hrs before know my results. Hopefully my sample won’t end up being “too diluted” for use. This place is ridiculous, and wasted half of my day. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! If i could give negative 5 stars I most definitely would. Not to mention all of us were white workers.

Very racist company .my Caucasian friend and I went for a drug test.we were told to urine half way in the urine cup.well I did and I was told I hadn’t had enough urine.so I asked my friend how much urine had she used she said a half of a bottle also.she gotten her job but i didn’t.they had told all the blacks that were there the same as I was told.

My fiance came in for a drug screening. The lady took his sample. She said it was the right temperature, and she then took the sample, sniffed it, and poured it down the drain. Then he was told that he had three hours to produce another sample. He was expected to stay for those three hours. Absolutely the worst place to do business with. Beware.

The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Debbie was awesome and made sure everything I needed done was taken care of and all my questions and concerns were answered. (MORGAN AND I LOVE YOU DEBBIE)

Went for pre(employment test. The lady said it wasn't the proper temperature.. Had to wait and hour to urinate again. Same results. My employer stated that they've been having this issue a lot and are actively seeking a new test facility. Very unprofessional staff. Refused to give me a note stating where I was for work.
