Stay away from here. They have no idea what they are doing and am having to redo a blood test due to their errors. As well, they did not have bandaids or cotton to put on the area where they blood was drawn afterward and blood was spurting everywhere while he was trying to find it. Someone needs to address thisUPDATE: Given the fact that I had visited this location a few months ago with good results, I must amend my remarks to give a more balanced review. I was able to contact that General Manager Jim and relayed my experience on this latest visit and he assured me that he was looking into the situation (i.e. employees on hand, supplies ,etc) and would address them. He then followed up with a second call to relay that he had in fact done that. Given this attention and assurances, I would be more positive in recommending this facility.

STAY AWAY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON! Very I professional. I was not greeted and when I approached the counter the man behind the glass HAD NO CLUE to anything I was asking him. My appt was at 10am and at 11 I still had not been seen. If I didn’t need the blood brawn for surgery I would HAVE LEFT!! I will never return. Gentle man next to me said the exact thing. They are AWFUL. DOMT WASTW YOUR TIME.

Had a collection done at this location for a potential employer. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Front desk was well informed of procedures for collection, and quickly sent my results in front of me.

My company has used ARCpoint Labs for years for all of our drug tasting and we have had the best experience with them. Jim and Dee have always been so helpful to us as well as to our staff. If you are in need of drug testing services this is the company to use!

After weeks of dealing with other labs that were unfriendly, unprofessional, and unaccommodating, I finally found ArcPoint and I COULD NOT be happier with the experience I have had with them. Jim was amazing and went out of his way to help me out through a very difficult and stressful time. Brandy, their LPN was so sweet and pleasant to work with. I couldn't have found a better group of people if I tried! Truly AMAZING customer service and lab work; I got my results back the next day! Altogether an amazing experience. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful and easy it has been getting all of this testing done! Fast, Friendly, and Professional! If you’re in need of lab tests at all, I highly recommend using them! They truly have an amazing team here at ARCpoint Labs of Altamonte Springs!

We recently signed up with ARCpoint to help us with our nationwide screening. They were quick to get us enrolled because of a self imposed deadline we had created. They customer service was top notch and results turn around was quicker than I have ever received. We could be more happy with our price and service!

I definitely recommend this lab for anyone that needs testing done!! The receptionist is very nice, and they were able to get me in and out of there very quickly, there was no wait at all! I will be going back there in the future!
