Picked up a van load of zinc dros @ 6085. Easy in . Easy out. Everything went smoothly with no waiting around. People were friendly and helpful.However I did find it difficult to reach someone via the company telephone listed on Google. I was trying to reach shipping or the scale house. The way the telephone tree is programmed you need the internal extension number. The message says just wait on the line to speak with an operator...then ends your call....no assistance from a real person.

I don't know what Danny Donald is talking about, any experience I've had with those three has been great. Maybe he was just not doing his job and was in denial thinking they were the problem when really it was him. Monica has always been super helpful and friendly to me. Also... This business has gotten as big as it is because they know how to operate properly. They are a good business.

It’d be nice if this company would notify the Indiana department of environmental management sooner (instead of blaming) after a spill of ammonia and cyanide happens in order to prevent permanent damage to the environment, people and our water. Also you need to tell them when the blast furnace failure occurred instead of being vague.

NO PETS ON PROPERTY!!! Something that needs to be mentioned before carrier contracts loads in/out. Luckily we are a team operation and i was able to get dropped off at nearby truckstop with our pups so we could unload. Unluckily, it interrupted my sleep and I have a 14 hour shift to look forward to. Not good at all.
