HORRIBLE vocational rehab staff. Mary Ellen Gooding is the WORST ever. I place this post here because this location of Voc Rehab does not show on Google maps or review. Rest of the facility is great WIOA, Work Force center all exquisite, unfortunately Mary Ellen is such a HORRIBLE case manager if she deals with others the way she deals with me it drags the overall experience down. I would give this workforce Center 4 stars and Mary Ellen Gooding a -3. Bringing it to the 1 I posted

First of all, these people do not even bother to help you at all. They are there to make their pay check, and they have no sense of responsibility. It does not matter how many times you talk with them or how well you explain them your problem, they will behave like you are talking with walls. They believe this workforce center has been opened so that they can get paycheck. These people are absolutely lazy, irresponsible, stupid, completely careless, unprofessional and arrogant. People here like S. Easton and N. Khalaf are only to make their money and securing their future, other than really helping the people in need of that. They only show people that they are doing a lot but in reality, these people are only for themselves other than doing any real work over there; forget helping unemployed people finding a job. They will only bullcrap and will waste your time and again will pretend to show they have done a lot either, or will (fake) promise they will be doing a lot. However in short time, you will understand what they have done or have they done anything at all, as they have said so (or promised). If possible, go to other workforce center, that will be better for you. Going to this workforce center is absolutely wasting of your time. These people think people goes to workforce center only to learn "how to write a resume" and "how to do interview" that's it. They think that's the only reason workforce center has been opened and so those are the only things, they can do. You will waste your time months after months by going there but will not get any result at all since THEY DON'T CARE. And that's how they have been running this workforce center.

Did a job interview for a Workforce Specialist and I have many years of quality experience in related fields as well as a MBA. They called me to conduct a phone interview and right away they let me know the minimum pay would be offered if I got the job. I make 28$ an hour at one job (before OT) and 24$ per hour at another one (before OT). Instead they offer 19$ (salaried) even though the Workforce Specialist can pay 25$ an hour maximum. They're always hiring because of low ball pay to supposed professionals dedicated to helping others understand the job market and seek gainful employment. Waste of time and reason they always have job openings for what should be a good job with tons of rewards helping others, but instead they take the low ball pay road.

Briefly seems like "one size fits all", but once you finish their assessments and a little bit of basic stuff, you can customize to the training you need.

I've been struggling to find a job and Vince from the workforce center helped me along and went the extra mile to do so. This workforce center really place an emphasis on how job searches work and what current employers are looking for on a resume. Not only that, but the programs offered such as Work Investment Act, Youth programs, Resume writing workshops are exceptional. I live in a different city, and have been to the workforce center in Denver, so far Arapahoe workforce center is my choice because they will provide all the resources possible to get you back working again. Once again, exceptional services provided by the Arapahoe workforce center!
