I am a previous customer and manage multiple commercial buildings. Not only was I being billed for services not given, I would have to catch them in the act and take pictures. I went through 3 district managers to try to get it resolved. I even had to go to the point of putting them on notice for: Per your service Guaranty: Customer may terminate this agreement for material deficiencies in service by informing AUS in writing of the precise nature of the service deficiencies, allowing AUS at least 30 days to correct. After 30 days the driver would come up to my office and say I changed all mats, I go down and look at them, guess what my tape from last week still there. Then I was being over charged per agreement at another location. They still have yet to fix. So after 6 months of trying to get them to do the job and issue credits for overbilling and non-service, which still has been resolved I was sent over to a collection account. Not to mention my numerous conversations with billing and district managers to resolve the account, so I could pay it.
