This company is trash most of their workers are Indian and they are very racist favoritism up the ass. They do not care about you and they have workers who family are higher ups here false advertisement you will be on site and only see majority indians running they own program they do what they want and press other races when they do the same things they do. Find another company they will waste your time

to be honest the branch officersin south Amboy is horrible. the site they have in newbrunswick is one of the worst! sites they have most officers dont even last a week because they see the favoritism that goes on over there the captain there doesn't do his job he sits in the emergency room and does nothing but flirt with not only the nurses but the female gaurds as well. he is extremely disrespectful to the female gaurds. he allows one of the gaurds to leave the site to smoke knowing that no gaurd is supposed to leave hospital grounds while they are on there lunch break. my weekend lieutenant was removed from the site due to he say she say one of few officers that actually did there job. i was removed from the site then terminated again for a rumor that the captain at that site made they had no evidence on me all they had was his word and mine. when i explained about the harrassment that he did they didnt care when i explained how he put his hands on me they didnt care when i explained how my hipaa laws were violated by another officer they didnt care. the captain and the officer were allowed to stay on site and was terminated. i worked the 1st shift 10pm to 6am constantly we were under staff but we still made it work constantly we were under fire but we took it on the chin and kept moving. when an Email was sent to us complaining about how security did a poor job at handling a problem they would speak to each shift on my shift they made it seem like it was everybody 2st,2nd and 3rd but on the other shifts the captain would kick ower backs in saying it was ower fault. there is no room to move up in that site. the branch office in perth Amboy still has not done an investigation or has done anything to really change how things are being run up there. they allowed some in the hospital to wear a Apg uniform giving orders to the gaurds like she works for Apg. honestly if i could give them half a star i would i really would because thats all they deserve you fire gaurds that do there jobs but keep the ones that dont.

They're an OK company to work for. It really depends on who's your Ops Manager and Site Supervisor. I had to deal with constant threats of termination if I didn't do overtime, phone calls from superiors waking me up after I've ended my shift and went home, and lousy co-workers but that's possible anywhere. You do get paid weekly though which is nice. My advice is keep under the radar and let them know you can't do additional hours beyond the schedule you signed up for, otherwise they'll hound you to come in on your days off and they won't stop. Hope this helps,EDIT: No longer working for this sub-par company, they can't even get their payroll correct. Coworkers were led to believe they had to continue working beyond 16 hours if there were no relief. Two former coworkers worked 24 hours straight, with no apology or anything of that sort from upper management. It's a miracle this company hasn't been taken to court yet. Changing the review to 1 star. If you're able to get a "low key" site where you basically keep to yourself with minimum contact from management, then go for it. The clients aren't the problem. If it's a site like the one I worked at where I had to deal with lousy coworkers and awful site supervisors because they hire anyone despite what their website says, then by all means, give it a go. You'll be back to reread this review, and I'll have one more thumbs up.
