I have never had a good opinion of staffing agencies and this was no exception. The staff here are all very friendly so I’ll give them that. Also, there is a professional environment. I have nothing against them personally. I just felt the actual services were useless for me. I am only a couple of years out of college and for this reason the agency labeled me as inexperienced and suggested I apply to 12/ hour jobs. I made 80,000 last year working for myself. I am currently in the process of deciding which offer I would like to accept from various employers who I have set up interviews with on my own without their assistance. I have received multiple job offers after a month long search. None of these jobs are less than 25-30 an hour. They can be a good source for other people in different circumstances. However, if you are looking for a career or a higher paying job, be weary. It would most likely be a waste of time here.

Sent this place several resumes in the past. Apparently they deemed me not qualified, overqualified, or one of their other fancy HR names to disqualify someone from basic work, or work that could otherwise be performed. Like many staffing agencies and even employers now, if they scrutinized themselves half as much as you, they would get somewhere and nobody would complain. That is not the case though. Instead resumes get set aside in favor of the "experienced," no education taken into consideration. Another pathetic excuse for an employment agency. Do not use, chances are you will be disappointed.

Let's start our way from the bottom, so first off I'd like to say that the people at AP are very professional in the way they run things as a business. They don't take money away from your paycheck and you get it weekly which comes in handy. They have a nice place and a very professional setting but their actual services are pretty useless. I was recommended by a friend of mine to go to AP and filled out an application online for them to help me find a job and applied for some of their jobs I seen on Indeed. They never called me, emailed me or reached out in the slightest but I kept seeing on their Facebook "Looking for a job?!?!?! You've come to the right place!" posts. Pretty weird that I had to reach out to them when they're the company that's supposed to be putting in all the legwork. I did start off with 2 jobs when I moved here and both of them were very fast paced cutthroat jobs that if you weren't fit from the start they don't even give you a chance for improvement. Just like all temp agencies they don't care about the people or how they feel all they only care about the money.

Not only was I treated with professional respect throughout the process, but also as an advocate for my career. From the first conversation through a completed offer and acceptance I felt special. I highly recommend Barbara Strother and the team at AP Professionals, they are truly a high quality Western NY business/partner.

Applied for a position through Monster that this company was hiring for. Did not hear back after a few days not even an automated message. Looked up their website and emailed the company directly and did not even get a response.

I had a job that i wasnt fond of. And i applied to ap through indeed, and they called me in for an interview. Right off the bat, i felt so welcomed. They got me a job that i ended up getting fired from for miscommunications. And they ere willing to find me another jon right away! My job finder i guess you can say gave me a hug and was so sincere about it all and was willing to listen to both sides of the story! Shes so understanding, and i would recommend them a hundred times!

I went unemployed for two weeks before AP found my resume and found me a job in two days. Even when my first temp job ended all I had to do was contact my hiring manager and she hooked me up with a job that day. Great company, great people, you cant go wrong
