If I could give this business ZERO stars I would. I submitted to a hair follicle test and the results came back positive for multiple drugs. I am in the process of trying to regain custody of my daughter and not only have I not used any drugs, but I immediately requested a retest of the original specimen and/or to have the sample forwarded to a certified laboratory, and also requested to speak with an MRO (Medical Review Officer) as to there being a possible medical explanation which led to false positives. Neither of which was done and no response to either request has been attempted. Marilyn is one of the employees there and she called me, not to answer me as to my recent requests I just mentioned above, but to let me know that my ex has been calling her and I quote "off the hook for information and letting her know how happy he is that I received a positive result which means our daughter stays with him." No employee of this company is an addiction counselor, scientist, or medical doctor and should not be involved in interpreting drug test results to anyone, let alone engaging in further inappropriate communication and take it to the next level by informing me of the dialogue. Marilyn also informed me that her and Alex Kasparek, whom is the owner of this laboratory, were talking about how they can't imagine what's going on between my ex and I. Quite frankly, it's none of there business and it's highly unprofessional.After not receiving any response from this company, I took it upon myself to submit to a hair follicle test with an alternate SAMSHA certified laboratory and the results came back completely NEGATIVE.If you're looking for an honest company that not only will exceed your expectations but also go above and beyond to go about the proper steps when a client believes and also has proof that the test resulted in a false positive and requests a re-test for a $900 test and if you are looking for a company that will have the manners and professionalisms as any other business would, then I suggest you stay FAR away from this company.
