TERRIBLE!!! Unprofessional and slow team of accountants. Claims of completing a business plan in a week are pure marketing lies to get you to take up their offer. In 3 weeks, received 1 call and that was it. To date still no business plan.UPDATE: Finally got the business plan. Many issues. Can live with formatting and grammar, but the financials are wrong. If they fix these problems I will revise my review.

The worst accounting firm in the whole of lenasia totally pathetic service rendered from the sales consultants right up to the manager the website says 3 to 5 working days for a business registration yet it takes a lot longer that when you call for an update you receive attitude the manager constantly promises to ensure the work will be done which never happens and when asked to speak to the owner she always not available or busy with meetings I mean really what kind account firm is this paying for terrible services rendered

Horrible. The example business plans they send you when they're fishing you will be nothing like the finished product. When yoi enquire, they will call you back immediately and make you u feel like a valuable client. Don't make the mistake of paying them.... They stop responding to emails now you have to run to them. The business plan is a copy and paste from the internet and sloppy images obviously the first result from Google. Didn't bother researching my industry, the market research is vague. I had to re do the whole thing myself and only keep the figures because I can't do them myself. Bottom line, don't bother... If i could give you zero stars I would
