My experience with this organization is not one of a client but as the founder of a non-profit organization trying to understand option available to facilitate a clients support of our organization. Larry, a partner with this organization, displayed no ability to articulate scenarios different to help my understanding but continued to get more and more snippy and rude, while saying the same thing over and over (Like when someone doesn't understand and instead of looking at approach the speaker talks louder and louder) when I asked probing questions to ensure I did have a full understanding of the issue. As a business owner and non profit founder I would NEVER work with an organization that had a partner that was incapable of being polite and calm when someone was seeking to understand more about, complicated, tax code and potential impacts to THEIR clients. If he needed to bill for the 10 min we were on the phone all he needed to do was say so if that is what it takes for competent, polite conversation.
