Tony (owner) is a mess. He can't field questions. He threatens clients with dropping them as clients for asking questions. He thinks his time is more valuable than yours. He said he filed my tax extension- yet refused to provide documents. When I sent him multiple text messages and emails to "file my taxes - not just file extension for tax return" he ignored my requests. When I called IRS To make sure he filed tax extension as declared - I was told by the IRS THAT NOTHING had been filed. When I confronted Tony he dropped me as a client. What an ass! I'll be filing a complaint of fraud form provided by the IRS. Now my taxes are late. This company is terrible!. Don't use!
