As a real estate agent I close with many different title agencies in the Jacksonville and St Augustine area, and when I can say there are some other good title companies out there, Americas Choice Title is the only one that always amazes me! Fast responses, professional and honest service, pro-active and diligent, and a great closing experience on the day of closing as I can relax knowing all has been handled. They always deliver so the choice is clear for me to always recommend my sellers to chose them for our closings. They also offer my sellers a rebate, and they don't charge extra fees to the buyer. Neither would I consider picking another title company for my personal home closings.
