We have been going to American Family Tax Services for several years. All of the employees are kind and helpful. The owner Jeff is so knowledgeable and helpful! Over the last two years my husband retired and I changed jobs. Jeff took the time to explain how Social Security and Pensions are taxable, and suggested how we handle our deductions in the future. He is always very kind and patient and answers any question you may have from the new tax laws to how the ACA affects taxes etc. I highly recommend American Family Tax Services!! Thanks Jeff and team, see you next year!

A great place to go for a necessary evil. I hate getting my taxes done, but the staff at American Family Tax Services really take the pain out of it. it was almost like dinner & a show. the entire staff gets along great with each other & you can tell they all really do care about the customer. it wasn't the typical **stuffed suits** boring place to go. I ride a bike & so does John so we talked about motorcycles while we were doing my return & he seems to really listen to me & not just pretend to listen & then move on to another. My son is in the Marines & one of the ladies that works there has a daughter that is in the Marines boot camp when I was there.......Semper Fi. looking forward to coming back next year to see how she has progressed.

Walked in early and waited a while. The wait was absolutely worth it! Mrs. Burgess was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I expected the worst and came out smiling with the results. Thank you so much Mrs. Burgess!!!!! You will see me every year from now on no matter what the wait is. #GoDawgs
