Am Check doesn't provide any reasonable customer service, this is due to the fact they are licensing their software platform from another company. Go direct to their licencor or find a company that designed their own platform. When your employees come to you about how to use their site or with issues, Am Check will provide canned answers or delays while they go to their licencor for assistance, leaving you and your employees waiting

The software used for employees to clock in on the web is horrid to use. Support through AmCheck is lackluster to say the least and has left our employees with login issues for going on a month... advise you look else where for services such as Payroll or HR, especially if service is important to you.
