Do not apply at Altres. I applied over a month ago and they still haven’t given me a job because of I don’t have a “strong work history”. My husband and I applied the same time with the same exact work history and he’s gotten quite a few jobs. When it comes down to me they don’t have any “light work” available. Is it because I’m a female that they think I won’t be able to handle working in general labor?

This place is great. The people are friendly, they have the best and highest paying jobs. I remember going there for the first time, meeting Caren and her taking me into a small interview room. I instantly put my arm out and said “how much blood are you taking?” After a good laugh, we continued the interview. A few minutes and a few videos later- I was presented with a few options of work for the next day; all of which sounded great. Then- she ended up presenting with a same day opportunity. A night shift. There I was. Waking in, waking out, and working after just a few hours. Perfect. Who could ask for more?? I speak to a few people about the agencies they’re with and Altres’s definitely has the best jobs, the best and fastest pay, and I have to say- the best people. Say hi to Karen with a C. Don’t tell anyone - but Cochelle has the good candies hidden- she’ll give you some if you ask. Go there and get your money!!

Just wasted my morning coming to a pointless interview. The HR people have quotas to fulfill, therefore they will lie to you on the phone so they can get you to come in person, fill their paperwork and count toward their monthly quota. If you're looking to be a sweatshop container unloader in the industrial area of Honolulu, then go ahead cause that's all they've got, otherwise avoid wasting time and money just to get their staffing employees to keep their jobs.
