Client Review on Alpha Income Tax

Do not go there. This guy is rude. If it was possible to give him 0 star i would give him no star at all. He is very rude. He thinks he knows everything and if you ask him one question he raises his voice and makes you feel like you are stupid and gets annoyed with you. Not helpful at all. He is also racist and treats black people differently. His customer service is a big 0. He will tell you a price when you drop your documents off and will try to charge you double at the end of the service. I think I learned my lesson. Never again.
