I worked for Alorica, and would not recommend this position to anyone! I was written up for proactively asking a caller if they would like to speak to a supervisor. Yet I was only written up due to me "Setting my standards too high for them". Don't waste your time.

TERRIBLE PAY, THEY OFFER UNLIMITED BONUSES AND UNLIMITED OVERTIME ALL IN WHICH TO GET YOU TO WORK 3 TIMES AS HARD YET THEY FIND EVERY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOU FROM GETTING YOUR BONUS ALSO THEY TAX YOUR PAYCHECK SO THEY TAKE AWAY ALL YOU MAKE DOING OVERTIME ANYWAY. JIM WHO IS OVER AMERICAN EXPRESS IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BESIDES MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT GETS TO HARASS YOU , TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY, MISTREAT YOU, BE UNFAIR AND SOOOO MUCH MORE AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. IF YOU SPEAK UP AGAINST ANY MANAGEMENT YOU MIGHT AS WELL KISS YOUR JOB GOODBYE. BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE IT THEIR BUSINESS TO GET YOU FIRED. THERE'S SO MUCH FAVORITISM GOING ON. IF YOU KISS THEIR BEHINDS AND BE THEIR PET TO RUN OVER AND KISS THEIR HANDS AND FEET AND ALSO BE THERE TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT THEY SHOW YOU FAVORITISM UNTIL THE NEXT PERSON OUT DO YOU WITH THEIR BEHIND KISSING IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. THEY ARE LITERALLY STEALING YOUR BONUS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES. SECURITY IS BORED AND HAS NOTHING ELSE TO DO SO THEY STIR UP STUFF WITH THE EMPLOYEES AND ALSO LIE ON YOUR IF YOU DON'T ALLOW THEM TO TALK AND TREAT YOU ANY KIND OF WAY. AD MANAGEMENT TAKES THEIR SIDE AND WRITE YOU UP REGARDLESS OF ANY PROOF YOU HAVE. I WAS THREATENED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE BOTH AT WORK AND ON THE PHONE AND MY NUMBER AND ADDRESS WAS GIVEN TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE BY MANAGEMENT AND THEY PUSHED US UP TO FIGHT EACH OTHER EVERY CHANCE THEY GOT. AND THE EMPLOYEE WHO REPEATEDLY HARASSED ME WAS NEVER FIRED EVEN THOUGH I KEPT TONS OF DOCUMENTS AND PROOF. I ENDED UP HAVING TO INVOLVE THE POLICE JUST TO SOLVE THE SITUATION BECAUSE NO ONE AT ALORICA WOULD HANDLE IT. NOT EVEN HR. THEY CONSTANTLY KEEP HAVING BED BUG OUT BREAKS AND LIE SAYING ITS FLEAS AS IF THAT'S ANY BETTER. AND THEY WONT EVEN HAVE A PROFESSIONAL COME TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE. INSTEAD THEY LIE AND SAY THEY'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. YET THEY STILL HAVE'NT, AND WHEN I GAVE MY TWO WEEK NOTICE THEY FIRED ME THE DAY I SUBMITTED IT STATING THAT THEY DO NOT PROMOTE OTHER JOBS AND NO LONGER NEEDED ME SINCE I WANTED TO FIND EMPLOYMENT ELSE WHERE.ITS SO MANY CONS AND NOT ENOUGH PROS WITH THIS JOB. MY ADVICE IS TO RUN. ITS NOT WORTH IT AND IT WILL LITERALLY DRAIN YOU OF ALL YOUR POSITIVENESS AND INSERT NOTHING BUT NEGATIVITY INTO YOU ALL WHILE STEALING YOUR MONEY THAT YOU WORK SO HARD FOR. ANY OTHER JOB IS BETTER THAN THIS JOB. I SWEAR...

Really just a positive environment to work in. As a somewhat new employee of Alorica it is possible I havent had enough time to experience some of the things people have that would make them feel differently. My manager is not the typical manager here according to other reviews. We are a new program and we receive a ton of support from staff at Alorica and the client. I see how that may bother more tenured employees who feel shunned, but I hope it's a change that they will see for themselves soon. Those employees will become a part of our program before long and I hope they are willing to see the changes that have been made. It's vastly important they leave the negativity behind them as step forward in their career at Alorica and understand it's not just a promotion, more income, but also an opportunity to change everything. If you are one of those employees I hope you see our success as your success. You have been here much longer than we have and we all realize how tough it must be in your current situation. My team knows it's on our backs to make this program succeed because that will open up doors for everyone moving forward. Personally I want to earn your respect and know we are not here to replace you, but to open up new doors.

Came in for an interview 7/9/19. Upon arrival I was greeted and was asked to fill out a form while Ms.Tinsley looked over my resume. She acted as if she was thrilled with my work history and claimed “I was just what they needed”. After filling out the form, she came and collected it and explained that I would be taking a 5 part assessment. Everyone who was there to interview was told the same thing. Which was, we could only take the assessment ONCE. They explained in the past they use to take the test again had you failed the first time but THEY DONT DO IT ANYMORE! I took all 5 parts, it took over an hour to find out my results because they had lost my paperwork. After finding it they said I passed all five parts and I went to the first interview. I was told the wait for the second part was 2/3 hours long and they would call me in 24/48hrs to come in for the 2nd interview. That never happened and I was sitting in the waiting area with candidates who had taken the assessment and was called to TAKE IT AGAIN!!! I’ve witnessed them HIRE PEOPLE WHO FAILED YET THEY GAVE WHO THEY WANTED THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE THE ASSESSMENT AGAIN! I wasn’t too thrilled for a 2nd interview after realizing what was goin on in front of me. I left and went to apply at another job (In which I was hired). Majority of Alorica employees are friends / family ,etc of people who already have there foot in the door. Your most definitely being judge when you walk through the door. If u don’t know anyone u can consider it a waste of tyme. I’ve had 3 interviews in the past 3-4 years with them and never get hired! When planning to work here please take the reviews of ANY JOB into consideration!!! And if you have a work history like mine your a THREAT, believe what I’m telling you. Didn’t even feel like a professional work environment, and I doubt their is a dress code
