Their management and hiring staff are a joke. Ive been hired here once before and quit. I go in for hiring several days ago and they do what they call a "interview panel" 2 people (including the one that already approved you for a second interview) and some other random young no talent manager. you then are grouped like a bunch of cattle in a room and asked 4 questions (2 per so called "interviewer")... no personal interview process its done on a group basis and they single out people who's answers dont match.....when yet almost everyone else just agrees to the person before them who answered... what a joke of a place to work >_> then and now

they don't tell you the fine print when they hire you. i had to move from my home to a further location, on the west side and I was looking to transfer to the other location. i wasn't told anything at all about having to work there for 6 months in order to transfer. i can't even get to work reliably without a bus, and of course universal city doesn't use the bus service. what a waste of my time. and paying $10.50 an hour for what you have to do, is NOT worth it. don't work here.

If you have a pulse, you will be hired. You will be paid during training. Take that money and go to the better workplace that you belong. There are workplaces that will appreciate your diligent mental hard-work. Here, you are just a body used to field phone calls

Well today was my first one on one interview. All I can say is what a blessing!!!! I was extremely nervous at first and not sure what to expect. The awesome staff and receptionist up at the front desk just made me feel at such ease and gave me all the right words of wisdom and encouragement by the end of the day 1, I can say this is the place god lead me to be. Day 2🙏

I won't recommend this place..period. If you have the aptitude for call center work, go for it, otherwise just don't.
