Feedback:

The Collections agent was short with me. Kept cutting me off. Very rude.

Feedback:

They called me for my collection bill, I paid in full with my credit card. They took the money. After a month there was a charge made without my authorization for a bill that I don't know. Now its Friday so I Have to wait till Monday to find out whats going on.

Feedback:

RUDE is just a small part. They don't or won't help in any means. They want full payments and most of them don't care if they take your last dime. And families end up living on the streets as long as they get their payments. I give them a -5 stars. Even 0 stars is too many.

Feedback:

I'd give 0 stars but its not one of the options. Unwilling to make a payment arrangement that is affordable. Ask you your financial information but then don't use it to set a proper pay agreement.

Feedback:

Completely effing ridiculous. Calling my place of employment and our garnishment department and calling me several times a day over a $15.00 bill? Hilarious.

Feedback:

They are as another reviewer claimed condescending. No respect for you. Can't wait to longer deal with this Agency.

Feedback:

Me and my dad have the same name, they keep on trying to collect his debt from me, I've called them, sent them emails and letters, they refuse to fix it

Feedback:

Alliance Collection people are not at all helpful. They are condescending, disrespectful and rude. They do not try to work with you, they ask for all kinds of financial information but then don't use that to set up a payment plan that is in any way do able. Marshfield Clinic sent my account to them in spite of the fact that I was making payments. Alliance then told me they were unable to set up a payment plan based on my information but that any payments I made would be applied. Then I'm being threatened with a law suit. Both Marshfield clinic and Alliance are horrible to work with.

Feedback:

People at Alliance are very condcending. They want to be helpful pfft. I still don't know how you let a business send me to collections without some itemized statement - especially when it's 4 years old. Memorial Medical Center, in Pittsville, billing department must have a lot of issues. I received a bill from you from a date of service in 2012? I have no idea of an outstanding bill, I have no itemized statement. How does something go to collections without notifying the patient and where was that bill 4 years ago? Shouldn't you have proof of a bill to provide me? Shouldn't you have proof of them trying to collect debt from me?You have neither!
