Simply put -- Allevia is outstanding!! They have been covering my company's (Gilded Mirrors) IT needs for years. They proactively monitor our hardware so we know when upgrades are needed, they remotely login to address any of our day-to-day needs, and with their firewall and computer virus protection, we've never had any outside issues. They know our set-up inside-and-out. All of our requests are sent in via email and a support ticket is automatically created...very easy. Best of all, they don't upsale or push us on unnecessary expenditures...very honest guidance. The staff is energetic and always a pleasure to work with!
