Booked a load from California to Texas and they canceled by saying load was not ready, when we called shipper load was available to be picked up to what Alllen Lund dispatch responded another truck was already on it.Bad business practice. You have been warned, Stay away!

Booked a load and got rejected. When told to take it to another place. After 2 months found out that $20,000.00 worth product belonged to costco was sold only $800.00 and the rest $19,200.00 was claimed on my company. Where i had the buyer willing to buy the product at $14000.00 but Allen Lund didn't let me take the product there. Repeating again...DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CONS....

The worst company to ever work with. The broker our of Tennessee named steve Daniel cheats you to book the load and later on won't help you and will be rude as hell. On the rate conf it clearly states that the load delivers on monday but driver should call ahead. We called twice but no one answered so our driver showed up on monday for delivery to find out the receiver is closed. Called steve and he said "you have to wait till Wednesday and upon asking for compensation he said he wont pay, we can do whatever we want. He said go hire a lawyer if you want." Rudest company ever
