All trades needs to address the issue with their payment process. Often times it takes over an hour for them to cut their employees' paychecks. Do their employees get compensated for that wasted time waiting in the office just to get paid? No. It's completely unacceptable. Changes need to be made in their office in order to accommodate the large volume of time cards etc. from their employees in order to expedite this process. Gaurenteed their workers would be very grateful if they could make this simple improvement happen.
