All-Pro went above and beyond my expectations. They completely cleaned up a mess that was created by another bookkeeper and then set up processes (which I am a huge fan of), in which I was able to work with very effectively. It is such a nice feeling knowing that it is all taken care of and correctly. My Accountant was a very happy person this year because my books were completed successfully & professionally. I couldn't have asked for a better company to do this for me. I am very grateful them.

We had the same experience as Anna Mack below indicated in one of her below reviews. We are also a local Calgary business who work very hard to make a living. We have also suffered incompetence at the hands of Mrs. Mellnoff. An individual who claims 25 years of bookkeeping experience, however all we received were a considerable number of errors that has now made out business suffer financially. Instead of moving forward, we are paying another Calgary Professional Accountant to fix her work. Very disappointed Valerie.

Based on my experience this is not a bookkeeping firm I would ever take a small business too. I had a terrible experience with Valerie, and we spent months fixing her work.
