The worst customer service I've experienced so far in my young professional life. Jeremy was very poorly trained in customer service. Don't call with any questions, in fact don't even bother calling at all because they won't pick up. Ended up using a different facility for my testing.

Qwick and easy, but the spanish urkle kid seems to sensitive. I just woke up feeling tired and groggy and rushed right over to piss in his cup. "Are you giving me attitude Sir?" He sounds like he should be tested for depression.
