Feedback:
I have been with AETC for three years. Yes we have had issues but we have never NOT got paid. There are going to be ups and downs anywhere you go. When you have issues with family , they work it out with you. When I have to go see about my child, they work it out for you. When there is an emergency, they say go. Pay may not be alot but their caring passes all that. Don't be fooled by negative responses. My experience is not their experience. AETC is a good place to work and I have never seen a rudeness from any manager.
