Absolutely terrible service. The worker I had is unprofessional, makes snide remarks, and clearly doesn't understand nor empathize why and how I would be needing help when handing out resumes, because of severe anxiety and depression. My worker at the time expected me to do everything, including a job search on my own. (Which, to my credit, I have been doing WITHOUT help).I was left in the dark to do this myself, and when I told her my frustrations, everything quickly became an excuse and then radio silence. Very unkind and unprofessional.A worker I was assigned to before that contacted me through text, instead of phoning me. She did not set up an appointment, and when I got annoyed by her dragging her feet, she said "I guess you don't want to work". I gave Agilic ample opportunity to make things right and this experience was terrible.
