Client Review on Agape Professional Tax Services, LLC

Feedback:

Had a phone conversation with the tax consultant. He was busy and said he would call me back and never did. I called his office. Scheduled a 5:30 appointment and he never showed for the appointment. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and he was still a no show. There was another lady in the parking lot waiting for tax help and nobody showed to help her either. The sign said will return at 5pm and we both waited until 6pm and nobody showed! I called the next day and left a message for a call back and to reschedule and never received a call back. Terrible service and follow up! I would not waste my time or money with Agape Tax Services. Their are plenty of reputable firms that will help you!
