I was early for got my appointment, but the gentleman at the counter made the effort to do my fingerprints himself, while calmly explaining that should the phone ring, he would have to tend to it. What a pleasure . I was out in no time

I was an hour late for my scheduled appointment which is never a good sign. I called to notify them of my tardiness and loss of directions on the way. Lady at reception was very polite and friendly and so was the consultant !
