They were super helpful with my payments! Set me up with low payments when I couldn't afford very much, set me up with autopay so I didn't need to worry about calling every month & helped me getting paid off completely! Very nice to talk to & understanding of my situation from the get go!

Understand why the low score. Called about my son's account. Did NOT ask for ANY info...just wanted to provide the insurance info so they could bill it. They refused and then ended the call.

Asked to Cease and Desist and they continued to call. Verified with hospital that it was a zero balance an do they were falsley calling me. Reporting them is the only option.

WILL NOT ANSWER A PHONE CALL. They claimed I had a balanced owed. NOT ONCE was I notified of this, now have to deal with a quack report on my credit score. Beware.
