Feedback:

They pay You the same as the Full-Time hired on members, the only difference is the Bonus that you receive twice per year, New workers of the company as of 2018 starting pay is slightly more than $17/hour with $0.70 more for evening shift. You get raises 2 times per year. After working 8 years the company promises that your hourly pay will be higher than $26.0/hour. Additionally Free Gym memberships inside the plant; and there are 2 gyms open to workers. 2 large cafeterias for lunch. You have your own private locker assigned. Free coaching and free massages once per month. If you have injury or starting to feel not right there is a special-trained Health team designated to help you and that will meet up with you and watch you how you work and take notes and show you what ergonomic or other issues are happening that causes you pain.

Feedback:

Expensive insurance, they severely underpay their employees, especially when compared to their Toyota Team Member counterparts that do the same work and they constantly mess up their employees paychecks. They only exist to provide cheap labor to TMMI and weed out people who get injured too early.

Feedback:

Don’t get injured while working here or at least don’t report it. They let go of people who get injured and will find any stupid reason to get rid of you.

Feedback:

Plan on never EVER getting sick or you'll lose your job no questions asked. So yes bring the flu with you and contaminate everyone else even though doctors tell you no.

Feedback:

After receiving my last paycheck from Aerotek, I noticed they shorted me 6.5 hours. They also haven't reimbursed me for mileage for attending an Owensboro hiring event or cell phone reimbursement (all of which were normal expenses for my position). The account executive, Brandi Wells, told me I would be receiving an "off boarding" call, which was supposed to educate me on when my insurance would end and give me an opportunity for other questions (I would have asked about the money due to me). Spoiler alert, that never happened. I've called the corporate office with no response. It's now been two weeks. For these reasons and many more, I would not recommend this Aerotek location.
