Rude over phone. Just nope.

Rolland was rude to me on the phone, and followed up our phone call with a harassing email. I finally replied asking him to stop contacting me. This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. When I looked online to see if I could complain to a higher-up, I could see their 'company' was just him and his wife - that explains a lot. I would advise reputable companies and job seekers to avoid them at all costs.
